Beaumont-Wilshire: As an older, well established neighborhood within the Central NE community, buyers can expect to find an assortment of both residential and commercial real estate here. Future homebuyers will find 1900s built Tudor, bungalow, and Craftsman homes. The neighborhood is in truth comprised of two neighborhoods that came together to recognize and achieve a list of common interests, which includes the Beaumont Village commercial center located on NE Fremont Street between NE 50th and NE 33rd Avenues. The Hollywood neighborhood is located near NE Broadway and Sandy Blvd., in addition to the I-84, making commuting in, out and around the neighborhood easy and efficient. Local schools include Laurelhurst Elementary, Fernwood Middle School, and Grant High School.

Madison South: Madison South is situated between Rocky Butte State Park and Rose City Golf Course with Interstate 84 on the south and Interstate 205 along the neighborhood's eastern side. Residents will find plenty of recreational amenities at Hancock Park and Rocky Butte State Park, while other popular points of interest include a Catholic nature sanctuary, the Grotto, and the Rocky Butte, an inactive volcanic cinder cone. The neighborhood is currently home to approximately 7,000 residents.

Rose City Park: Rose City Park is home to approximately 8,900 residents and is home to the park of the same name, as well as Normandale Park and Frazer Park. Additionally, the western part of Rose City Golf Course lies in the neighborhood as well. The neighborhood borders Cully to the north, Center to the south, Madison South and Roseway on the east, and Hollywood and Beaumont-Wilshire to the west. Local schools include Rose City Park Elementary School, Gregory Heights Middle School, and Madison High School.

Roseway: Cape Cods, Tudors, Ranches, and Craftsman Bungalow homes can be found throughout the neighborhood of Roseway. The neighborhood is bounded by Cully on the north and west, Madison South on the south and east, Rose City Park on the west, and Sumner to the northeast. Wellington Park serves as Roseway's oldest park (acquired in 1941) and features picnic tables, soccer fields, a wading pool, and disabled access play areas and restrooms. Residents may also utilize Glenhaven Park which includes soccer fields, baseball and softball diamonds, a skate park, tennis courts, a wading pool, as well as a disabled access play area. Roseway is also the home to a historic theatre by the same name. Students are zoned to Rose City Park, Rigler, Scott and Wilcox elementary schools, Gregory Heights Middle School, and Madison High School.

Sumner: The neighborhoods of Cully, Madison South, Parkrose, and Roseway, as well as the Portland International Airport all border Sumner.
